Regardless of the source, we handle all candidate screening including skills testing and reference checking.
It is important to note that we work as the agent of the employer – not the candidate. Unlike recruitment agencies that represent candidates and charge high contingency fees based on the starting salary, our fees are fixed and based on how efficiently we manage the recruitment process for you.
