Malika Taylor, MBA General Manager, Recruitment & Interim Professionals

Malika brings over 9 years experience in recruitment and immigration matters to Expertise Limited. After successfully leading the Recruitment Team for four years Malika was appointed to the Interim Professionals Team as General Manager in 2007. In 2009, Expertise consolidated the Recruitment and Interim Professionals Team and both are managed under Malika. Malika began her Human Resources career in the Finance Industry where she lead the Recruitment Department of a Bermuda based Bank. Malika received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and subsequently an MBA from Kent Business School at the University of Kent, United Kingdom.

Alison joined Expertise in 2008 as a Relocation Consultant.  Born and raised in Bermuda, Alison has extensive experience working with local businesses, schools, and real estate professionals, which she uses to help clients integrate into Bermuda's lifestyle and culture as seamlessly as possible.  

Ashley joined Expertise in 2007 as Receptionist. In addition to greeting all visitors to the office and directing phone calls, she is also provides administrative support to the recruitment, immigration, and IT teams.

Amanda Jennison, CHRP Recruitment Consultant

Amanda is a seasoned HR professional, with 8 years experience in Canada and Bermuda, particularly in the areas of recruitment, immigration and contracts of employment. Amanda also facilitates training events through Protégé, the employee development division of Expertise. Amada possesses an undergraduate degree in psychology and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Erin recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce- Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She joined the Expertise Recruitment team as an Immigration Consultant in 2009.

Esther joins Expertise with over 6 years of recruitment management experience in the UK and European markets. She speaks fluent English, Dutch and French and has recruited for a number of top-tier companies such as Nike and adidas. Esther has a Diploma in Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Jane Bermingham - RN Immigration Consultant

Jane joined Expertise in January 2001.  She has over thirty years in the Nursing Profession latterly working in Senior Nursing Management and worked for a multinational bank in Human Resources for 6 years.  Within the Expertise team, Jane provided outsourced Human Resource services to various companies until November 2007 when she transferred into the Recruitment team to provide immigration servicing.

Kate Cahill, BA, HDip Bus, CIPD Recruitment Consultant

Kate has gained broad experience in HR and has worked with international companies in Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Bermuda. She has a post Graduate Diploma in Business and is also a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Kendelle Webb, BA, PHR Senior Immigration Consultant

Kendelle joined Expertise in 2007 and has worked in both recruitment and immigration services. She has a strong knowledge of Bermuda Immigration policies and procedures. She provides immigration consulting and services. In 2009 Kendelle successfully completed her Professional in Human Resources certification ( PHR).

Melody joined Expertise as Immigration Services Manager in 2009, having been on the recruitment team previously. She manages immigration and recruitment administration services.  

Shadae Burchall Office Administrator

Shadae joined Expertise in 2008 as an Office Administrator. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the IT, Training and Marketing teams.
