Sarai joined the Expertise Payroll Team in June 2006 from Marsh Management Services (Bermuda) Limited where she was responsible for managing a department providing human resource and payroll services to a portfolio of clients and the Marsh organisation. With over fifteen years of experience in the Bermuda payroll environment, Sarai brings a wealth of knowledge in both the administration of compensation and benefits programs and the application of all local payroll and employment related legislation, and is well positioned to lead the Payroll Team.

Tessa Joy Petinglay Payroll Account Manager

Tessa is a qualified CPA with five years audit experience. Tessa is exposed to the financial audit of insurance, investment, service, manufacturing and holding companies and internal audit of publicly-listed manufacturing companies. Her audit background has earned her a solid understanding of the US and Canadian generally accepted accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. Tessa has 1 year of experience in managing Bermuda payrolls. Her knowledge includes payroll and benefit administration as well as payroll tax reporting.

MJ Stoltenberg Payroll Account Manager

MJ originally hails from South Africa. She is a graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University's 4 year Business Diploma program and has 20 years of comprehensive payroll and benefits experience. Her experience is diversified across industries such as energy, banking, municipal government and communications.

Joyce Rasay Payroll Processing Manager

Joyce has been in the Payroll field for the past 7 years. She is well experienced and highly knowledgeable in the end to end processing of payroll. She has also handled international payroll, specifically in the US and UK.

Gerson Latorre Deputy Payroll Processing Manager

Gerson has a solid background in the areas of HR and Payroll possessing 9 years of experience in HR administration, Philippine and US payrolls, and taxes. For 3 of those years he was responsible for managing a team engaged in performing end-to-end processing of US payroll, US taxes, and Canadian taxes.
Gerson holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Aviation and Computer Science.

Everdina Belo Payroll Processor

Ever has been a payroll specialist for over 7 years and holds the American Payroll Association’s Fundamental Payroll Certification. Her experience includes processing local and expat payroll for Philippine and US clients, State Unemployment Insurance, and other payroll functions. She also has substantial exposure to different payroll systems and with her diverse background she is well able to adapt to any client payroll assigned.
