Payroll Process Outsourcing
Many of Bermuda’s businesses - large and small trust us to process their payroll. We offer an extremely flexible solution including the establishment of payroll, medical insurance reporting, social insurance reporting, pension reporting, payroll tax reporting and production of tailored accounting reports.
Our team of specialists ensure your payroll processes are in compliance with the requirements of The Employment Act and other related legislation. We deal with notifying banks to initiate payment from either a client or our own administered bank account and can, if desired, act as a joint signatory on a client payroll bank account.

For clients just interested in ensuring that they are in compliance with The Payroll Taxes Act 1995 and associated guidelines our payroll team can perform a payroll tax compliance audit.

Exit Interview Outsourcing
The ultimate objective of exit interviews is to learn what is contributing to voluntary terminations, with a view towards making improvements to internal processes and environment where possible, and reducing the number of future voluntary terminations. While voluntary terminations caused by internal influences are normally the focus of exit interview analysis, it is important to note that valuable information can be gained from exiting employees whose resignation decision was due to circumstances beyond the organisation’s control. For example, an employee who is leaving due to a desire to relocate to their home country may be able to provide valuable and candid information on how to improve internal processes which they may not have been willing to ‘volunteer’ during employment.
Benefits of outsourcing the exit interview process are:
- Terminated employees are more comfortable opening up to an external party, as there is a feeling of greater anonymity and objectivity. The quality of the information gathered is therefore deeper and more reliable.

Custom Surveys
We conduct a number of custom surveys each year to meet the specific needs of a client which can be electronically administrated where practical. With our large number of business contacts and our ability to act as an objective and confidential third-party we are able to get strong participation in the surveys.
Generally these surveys fall into one of the following categories:
- Compensation & Benefit Practices including surveys of specific jobs benchmarked with specific competitor organisations and specific benefits such as housing allowance programmes. We have also conducted extensive benefit surveys covering all benefits typically provided locally across specific industry sectors.
- Employment Practices such as actuarial progression reward programs or HR resourcing practices.
- Housing Benefits Survey We recently sponsored a Housing Benefits Survey across all Bermuda businesses to determine the trends in this controversial area.
